NCC Trip to Batam (First Day)

It was 7am.I have already woken up,taken my breakfast.Just waiting for

my father to finish his breakfast.It was 7.03am.I left home with my

father for Harbourfront Ferry Terminal.I found my CCA peers beside an

escalator,assembled.At there the tour guide gave me the white card for

entry to Indonesia.It was about 8.10am when we left for the ferry

terminal.At about 8.45am we got on the ferry.For me it was the first

time to take a ferry to another country.It took around an hour to

reach the Indonesian customs.At the customs we settled our

passports.At the shopping centre ("Batam Center" ) beside the customs

we boarded a bus to somewhere with a very big pond.At there we had our

first activity of our trip,the rafting/canoeing activity.From 10+

until 12+ we sailed around the pond.After that we had our lunch.After

a while after lunch we did dragon-boating (third time in the

year).Quite tiring.During that time i was swimming in the water.Then

my spectacles dropped into the water.At first i thought i wasn't going

to get it back.But after calling the tour guide to dive into the water

to find it I got it back after searching for a couple of times.I

thanked him.After that we went to change our clothes for a new

one.After that we left there.From there we went to our hotel (called

Mercure).Then at the hotel we checked in to our rooms.Then free and

easy time.Did nothing at all but resting on our beds.Then our tour

guide checked our rooms.At about 7 we went for our dinner at the
